1 / Contingent Recruitment aka no cure, no pay

We will handle the entire recruitment process on your behalf, using a variety of tools and channels to ensure optimum results.  We work very hard and are driven to succeed!

We work on a no cure, no pay basis and, due to our reduced overhead costs, are able to offer attractive fees.  We will search the market for candidates who fullfil your specific criteria and will collaborate with you throughout the process to ensure efficiency and a positive result.

2/ Outsource your Recruitment!

For our clients with a reduced budget or for those who prefer to cover part of the recruitment process themselves, we offer bespoke assistance on the stages of the recruitment process where you need support. 

• Expert organisational development advice for your company

• Job advertising: draft job description, job postings online, social media management

• CV screening (we are not afraid to screen your 500 CVs - in fact, we love it!)

• Full cycle recruitment from intake to contract

• Full competency-based interviews conducted online (Skype with visual) + detailed, written report

• Conduct reference checks

• Salary guidance and negotiations

Fee: 40 EURO / 35 GBP per hour. 300EURO / 260 GBP per day.

Interview + report: 70 euro per candidate (includes intake meeting, iv scheduling, interview tool and report based on your criteria)
